Mr. Joseph-Édouard Béland founded Empire Shirt Ltd, a manufacturing company operating in the garment industry, in 1894. In accordance with a centennial tradition of excellence, we design, manufacture and import various models of shirts for men and women. We specialize mostly in premium quality uniform shirts.

We, at Chemise Empire, insist that our shirts manufactured outside our Canadian facilities be made in good working conditions. This is why we have a Code of Conduct for our suppliers. We require from them all, without exception, that they commit to abide by this Code. This constitutes a non-negotiable condition.
